When Merritt Pro rider Brian Foster was designing his signature BMX tire, he had the goal in mind for this tire to be able to ride everything well, not just street or just dirt. And so he came up with the FT1 tire, the perfect option for riding any terrain. Featuring a relatively smooth centre section so the tire can go fast on the streets, and micro nobs on each of the side sections of the tire to make turning a piece of cake with increased grip, which provide the perfect balance of stability and surface area. The far edges of the tire feature smooth tread blocks that give extra durability to the sidewall on the park or street.
